Albert F. Chanese is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New Jersey holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is am member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Al has over 25 years experience in the appraisal field and over 30 years experience in real estate sales and development. He has acted as a consultant to New Jersey Transit in the development of the Hudson County Light Rail System.
He has experience in the valuation of all types of properties ranging from single family residential housing to complex commercial, industrial and investment properties.
He have worked on various projects throughout the state including the waterfront development of the City of Long Branch, the redevelopment of the downtown section of the Borough of Carteret, Edison Township Raritan River walkway, the Green Brook and Passaic River Flood Control Projects and the valuation of the US Army Reserve Center in Jersey City.
Jennifer E. Barany is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New Jersey and has been active in the appraisal industry since April 2011. She is a 2009 graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey with a degree in accounting. After college, Jen moved to Georgia to be with her husband who was stationed at Fort Steward and deployed to Iraq.
While in Georgia, Jen worked at a small community bank in the deposit operations department. She was also active in the Family Readiness Group on Fort Stewart and was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation for Patriotic Civil Service at the end of the deployment by LTC. William C. Lindener for her work.
She has completed appraisals for the Blue Acres program in New Jersey and has been actively involved with the Metro New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Michael U. Nwosu is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New Jersey and has been active as a residential real estate appraiser since 2005 and is a NJ Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. He is currently working on obtaining his Certified General certification and has been taking many of the advanced courses given by the Appraisal Institute in preparation of this goal.
Michael entered the appraisal field having worked in the Petroleum and Petrochemicals industries in his native Nigeria and in the US. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He also spent 10 years as a quality assurance technician for M&M Mars.
With this background in analytical and technical skills, Mr. Nwosu will be an asset to the company and the clients we serve.
