Albert F. Chanese is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New Jersey holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Al has over 38 years experience in the appraisal field and over 45 years experience in real estate sales and development. He has acted as a consultant to New Jersey Transit in the development of the Hudson County Light Rail System.
​
He has experience in the valuation of all types of properties ranging from single family residential housing to complex commercial, industrial and investment properties.
​
He has worked on various projects throughout the state including the waterfront development of the City of Long Branch, the redevelopment of the downtown section of the Borough of Carteret, Edison Township Raritan River walkway, the Green Brook and Passaic River Flood Control Projects and the valuation of the US Army Reserve Center in Jersey City.
