President
Albert F. Chanese is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New Jersey holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He started his career building residential home in the family construction business before getting is real estate license and working as a residential sales person in Atlantic County. Ten year later, he moved to North Jersey, starting is career as a real estate appraiser. He was one of the first to be certified as a general real estate appraiser in New Jersey ( his number is 106, they stated at 101). He earned the MAI designation in 1993 and over the past 35 year has valued all types of properties, from single family homes to closed military bases.
Jennifer E. (Chanese) Barany, MAI, SRA
Vice President
Jennifer E. (Chanese) Barany holds both the MAI and SRA Designations from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New Jersey and has been active in the appraisal industry since April 2011. She is a 2009 graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey with a degree in accounting. After college, Jen moved to Georgia to be with her husband who was stationed at Fort Steward and deployed to Iraq. Jennifer is the 2023 President of the Metro New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Jennifer grew up in the business, work with her dad at an early age.
